Our Roofing Work in Columbia, SC

Dave and his crew at Lake Murray Construction are outstanding! I can not say enough good things about them! We spoke with multiple roofing businesses in the area before deciding to go with Lake Murray Construction. We chose them because of Dave’s professionalism and demeanor. He took his time to explain our issues and different courses of action. He worked seamlessly with our insurance company. The work ethic of their crew was beyond reproach. They were extremely professional and courteous! When it was all done, the yard was immaculate, with little to no leftover debris. I have personally referred them to others.

I live in Blythewood SC and need led a new roof last year. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency the team worked with to complete my new roof. We have not had any issues at all and would highly recommend Lake Murray Construction.

They replaced our roof in Saluda County and did an awesome job. It’s beautiful and we’ve been assured it’ll last for years and years to come. Very pleased!

Mike Pitman was amazing to work with! The company overall was great and everyone worked well together! Very smooth process!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Also very attentive and friendly

Lake Murray Construction did an excellent job for us from start to finish! We're in West Columbia and needed both roofs on our house and a separate shop to be replaced. Mike Pittman was our contact. Mike explained the process and let us know what to expect. He gave us many options from which to select for our shingles. These shingles are a quality product, and a quality underlayment was used. The shingles were delivered on time as expected. The installation crew also arrived on the day expected and did a fantastic job! Everyone knew their job and performed it very efficiently. After the installation and cleanup, a final inspection was performed by Lake Murray Contruction to ensure the job was finished properly and the nails were picked up. Everyone at this company did what they said and when they said they were going to do it. We would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

It was a pleasure working with Mike Pittman. He kept me posted on the progress of the work and was very helpful with dealing with the insurance company. The crew was on time and did a great job. They cleaned up the mess and picked up all the roofing nails. I highly recommend this company.

We just had a new roof put on and they did an excellent job. They followed through and cleaned up the site afterwards. I would highly recommend if your looking for a new roof!
