Dave and his crew at Lake Murray Construction are outstanding! I can not say enough good things about them! We spoke with multiple roofing businesses in the area before deciding to go with Lake Murray Construction. We chose them because of Dave’s professionalism and demeanor. He took his time to explain our issues and different courses of action. He worked seamlessly with our insurance company. The work ethic of their crew was beyond reproach. Lake Murray Construction did an excellent job for us from start to finish!  We're in West Columbia and needed both roofs on our house and a separate shop to be replaced.  Mike Pittman was our contact.  Mike explained the process and let us know what to expect.  He gave us many options from which to select for our shingles.  These shingles are a quality product, and a quality underlayment was used.  The shingles were delivered on time as expected.  The installation crew also arrived on the day expected and did a fantastic job!  Everyone knew their job and performed it very efficiently.  After the installation and cleanup, a final inspection was performed by Lake Murray Contruction to ensure the job was finished properly and the nails were picked up. It was a pleasure working with Mike Pittman.  He kept me posted on the progress of the work  and was very helpful with dealing with the insurance company. The crew was on time and did a great job.
